These easy Air Fryer Asian Green Beans are perfect for a quick side dish made in the Air Fryer!
INGREDIENTS
1 lb green beans, trimmed and cut in half (Don’t use thin “French Style” green beans unless you adjust the cooking time.)
2 T soy sauce (gluten-free if needed)
3 tsp. peanut oil
2 tsp. sesame oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Trim ends of the green beans and then cut each one in half. (I do this by grabbing a handful of green beans, standing them up on the cutting board in my hand and trimming the ends. Then turn over and trim the other side and cut beans in half.)
Whisk together soy sauce, peanut oil, and sesame oil to make the cooking sauce.
Put beans in a bowl and toss beans with the sauce until every bean is well-coated with sauce.
Use a slotted spoon (or your fingers) to put the beans in the Air Fryer basket, leaving the extra sauce in the bowl.
Preheat Air Fryer to 400F/200C if you have a model that needs to be preheated.
Cook beans for about 10-12 minutes or until they are done to your liking and barely starting to brown. (I would start to check check after 8 minutes, Air Fryers cook differently.)
